We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will guide you through the exchange or store credit process.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was faulty or incorrect.

Please note that customized, discounted, or sale items cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to check product details and sizes carefully before purchasing.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit or to your original payment method after the returned item passes inspection. Processing time may take up to 7–10 working days.

Maison MKhawir reserves the right to decline any return request that does not comply with our policy.
